Although I consider myself pretty computer and technology literate, I had not heard of "blogging" until recently. Chalk that up to being a mom and working full time. Sometimes the latest trends pass me by without my knowing it! I became interested in this when my sister, Marika, started a blog as a way to keep friends and family at a distance appraised of her wedding planning as it is happening.
I initially considered calling my blog "The Balancing Act" because as a mom who works full time that is what my life feels like. Being the mother of a two year old girl who is as sassy as they come and working full time is an interesting dynamic.
This is also a good way to share McKayla's moments with others. My first example is when we were in church last Sunday I was shushing my littlest angel when she looked up at me and said "Shut up, Mommy". When I got past my initial shock at those words coming out of her mouth I started to rack my brain as to where she could have heard that!!! I asked for a little divine intervention and put my littlest angel in time out on her chair in the middle of church. How I wish, at times, I sent her to the nursery!

Hey Andie, your blog looks very nice. When I first started I was lost too. Now you can post video like Marika did, and have all kinds of cool things to add to the blog.
I love McKaylas hair. She is so cute and looks just like you when you were little. They grow up so fast!
