I tried the hot cocoa and coconut rum and while I was not sold on the combination initially (when I received the gift), I am a believer now!! It was delicious. I had the peppermint schnapps-cocoa combination before and I have to say this was better. I reasoned later if coconut and chocolate is good together in candy, why not beverages as well?!

We have an annual get together with Keith's sisters and their spouses, Lindsay and Nate, and other extended family in February where we go up to McCall and rent a house for the weekend. This is a no kids allowed weekend so we really look forward to it every year. I will definitely be bringing the cocoa and coconut rum for sipping on while lounging in front of the fire with a good book! I am just delighted by life's little pleasant surprises!!
