It is really nice to be back to work. I know for some the opinion I am about to share is politically incorrect and maybe, for some extremists, just plain wrong but I am going to share it anyway. I am not cut out to be with my child all day every day! I love spending time with her and I find that the best time I spend with her is when there is time for me to feel productive at work as well. I love my job and I love the feeling of accomplishment I have being there. In an ideal world I could work part time but this is a close second best to that. I like the idea that in a month she will start school and will have a "job" as well. Since school is mandatory we will both be away from home and her time away is not because of my time away but purposeful in itself for her interest as well.

I know I have blogged this before but it sure is nice to be in a position in life that if I have to work, I can enjoy my work and feel a sense of purpose and meaning in that work.
