The past couple of days I have been so tired. Just getting through the day seems to be a trial! I am hoping it is the additional running I added to my exercise regime so that as soon as I get used to it, I will have a bit more energy.
On the weekends, after I exercise in the park, I like to take my coffee/water/whatever out to the back porch and sit in the cool shade and contemplate my life! I have come to the conclusion I am very blessed and a feeling of contentment stays with me the whole day. An exercise guru may say it is all the natural endorphins flowing through my body due to the exercise. Whatever it is, I will take it, it is a great feeling.
