A couple of Fridays ago we went to the Meridian vs. Capital football game. Our nephew, Jordan, plays for Meridian and we wanted to see him play. We picked the Capital game, not only because they are my alma mater but they play their games at BSU and we thought it would be fun for the kids to see a game on the blue turf. Needless to say it was very odd being there and rooting for a school playing against Capital. I am almost ashamed to say that in all the years of going to BSU I had never had any interest in going to a football game so the last time I was there was when I was in high school.
Kayla and Colby were thrilled to order their own drink at the concession stand.
Jordan is number 9 on the sideline.
