I overdid it this evening. Keith wasn't going to be home until 6:30 and, I don't know what kind of superstar I was trying to be, but after work I picked up McKayla from day care, went to the grocery story, made a new Pumpkin Banana Bread (thanks Sarah, it was wonderful) recipe, and then cooked a big dinner while helping McKayla with her homework. It was too much. By the time Keith came home at 6:15 I was hanging by a thread. I have to remember when the routine changes that is not the time to try two new recipes and help McKayla with her homework while doing what felt like a million other things.
