Keith and I had our first ever Blackwood Family Business Meeting tonight. Typically I do the balancing of the checkbook and paying of bills but we have decided to do those things together. I still do the actual paying of the bills but we sit down once a month and look to the month ahead and determine what our priorities are for the excess money we have. This is so nice for me. Typically I made those decisions in the past and it didn't seem fair. It is much nicer to share the responsibility.
The result of the first meeting is that we are going to go to the reunion in Colorado Springs here in the next couple of weeks! See you soon Marika.
