Grandma's trip to the ER

I received a call last night from the retirement home where Grandma lives letting me know they had been trying to get a hold of Mom but had been unsuccessful so they were calling me.  They said that Grandma was not feeling very well and her blood pressure was high so they had called 911 and an ambulance had come and taken her to St. Luke's.  I got off the phone and called Mom and she was headed that direction.  After running some tests it looks like she is just fine, thank goodness.  Her heart is good, her brain is good, and the blood vessels in her neck and legs are good so she was discharged late last night and is back home.

Just wanted to say that the nurses, specifically, but all the staff at St. Luke's we met were so incredibly professional and wonderful to work with.  They were so kind to Grandma and gentle with her.  It was as good an experience one can have in the emergency room!
