Books, books, books...

I love books, this is no secret to those of you who know me well.  There is not much I prefer than sitting down in the office, on the boat, around the campfire, on the beach, in the backyard, you get the idea and reading. We have decided to turn our office into a TV room and in the process of doing that I needed to get rid of the bookcase in McKayla's room (it was falling apart) and move the smaller bookcase from the office to McKayla's room for her books to be on.  I knew that there were a couple of books in the office I had not read, some I had read but didn't feel sentimental about and then some that I read and would want to keep forever.  Part of my project today was to go through my books and organize them.  You can imagine my dismay when I was done and realized I have a whole shelf of books I own that I have never read and I received more for Christmas.  I was able to find about a dozen to pass along to Shelby (some to gift and some to borrow) as she was running out of things to read (horror)! Now I feel the delightful pressure to get through some of the books on the top shelf that I have not read before!
