McKayla's First Day of School

The first photo is McKayla just before we left the house to take her to kindergarten. She was VERY nervous but told her daddy before we left that she wasn't going to cry. When we got to the school she wouldn't play with the other kids on the playground and we had talked about when it was time to line up I would stand in line with her and walk her to the door. When the time came for her to stand in line and her teacher came out she dropped my hand and said she wanted to do it by herself. My big girl! Thank goodness I had sunglasses on, by the time I got to the car I was a bawling mess!

This photo is of McKayla before the Sneak Peek, when the kids go and meet their teachers. She enjoyed that very much and wanted to stay longer.
