Trauma Stewardship

I participated in a training today where the topic was secondary traumatic stress and how it affects supervisors and how they can help their staff manage. We were provided a book called Trauma Stewardship to read and provide some guidance after the training is complete.  I asked for the same book for Christmas so I already had it but had not had a chance with grad school to finish it.  I had really only made it about two chapters in but so far it was good.  I had to restart the book to know where I was in the points presented and have more enthusiasm than I did when I first started the book after Christmas.
